An easy to use calculator to assist estate agents, prospective buyers and other parties in the property market to determine the transfer and bond registration costs. The fees in the calculator are based on the fees as prescribed by the Conveyancing Guideline for Fees issued by the Law Society of South Africa and the Deed’s Office fees as published in the Government Gazette from time to time. The costs in this application serves only as an indication of the estimated charges and the actual charges may vary between attorney firms.
